Deluxe Pan Washer Basin
This stainless steel pan washer basin is designed to efficiently supply spray systems for cleaning evaporator pans, serving as the central component of the CIP (Clean-In-Place) process.

Operation
The basin feeds the pan washers through a powerful 5 HP pump that pushes water to external spray systems (sold separately) installed directly on the pans. It includes a motorized valve that automatically alternates the flue pan cleaning sequence between internal spray fingers and top broadcast jets for deep and thorough cleaning. The entire process takes place without removing the pans, saving time and helping maintain a clean evaporator.
