At H2O Leader, we believe that great companies are built by great people. This spring, we marked a truly special moment in our history as we celebrated the retirement of two exceptional team members who have helped shape our company from the ground up.

After 41 and 45 years of service respectively, Randy Gaudette, our long-time salesman, and Jim Williams, our dedicated production expert, are beginning a well-deserved new chapter in life. Together, they contributed a combined 86 years of experience, knowledge, and heart to H2O Leader and the entire maple industry.

To mark this milestone, we honored their careers the way a sports team would celebrate its all-time greats, by retiring their jerseys.

We presented them with custom sports shirts, each bearing their name and years of service, and hung them proudly on the walls of our building. These shirts now stand as a permanent reminder of the impact they’ve had, not just on
