In recent years, thermoregulators, commonly known as ''automatic draw offs'', have become a must, even for producers with fewer taps. A hold up on this trend, on the other hand, was the price. A few affordable models appeared on the market, but they had the disadvantage of being either completely open or completely closed. The TS-Pro revolutionizes the world of ''automatic draw offs'' with its modulating action, and its affordable price. The multi-position valve will adjust to the slightest tenth of a degree, creating a constant flow adjusted with the temperature, and a more constant movement of the product in the pans. It is offered in 2022 with a 2-inch TriClamp butterfly valve, or a 1-inch ball valve. The TS-PRO 2 is also available for evaporators equipped with a flow inverter, with 2 probes, 2 controls, and a selector button to change control of the valve to one or the other on the TS-PRO.
